Development Update: Autumn Trace Senior Living Community

As a town, we are so excited to be making progress in preparation for Autumn Trace’s independent and assisted living community. This project is part of a larger initiative known as the Thrive Campus, which you can learn more about below. Over the next few weeks, we’re going to be sharing more information on Autumn Trace and the positive impact it is going to make on our community.

The construction of the two-stage ditch marks the first major step in establishing Autumn Trace and the Thrive Campus. Town Council Member, Mike Rowe, shared his excitement on the project. “After two years of planning, engineering and state permitting, we are motivated and grateful to see progress on the two-stage ditch. This project will mitigate the chances of overflow and will greatly benefit our community!”
